もう少し、シンプルに

自分にやさしく

And be kind to yourself.

この作品は、自分を含めた「人間」という生き物について表現しました。

「人間とは最強にこじらせている生き物である」と私は思っています。

シンプルに考えれば良いものごとを、ああだこうだとこねくりまわし、ひねくりまわす。

それにより、あちらがヨレ、こちらがヨレ、どんどんヨレ、ヨレまくってもう原形を留めていない。

私はこんなにこじれた動物を見たことがありません。

本来、人間もシンプルであっていいはずです。

人間も動物も同じく、生物としては必要なものだけを残し、シンプルに生きられるはずなのです。まるで、丸や三角や四角のように、とてもシンプルなものなのだと思います。

適度にはこじれていたい。そんな気もしています。がしかし、こじらせすぎは生きにくい。適度でありたい。

そんなわけで、自分への叱咤を込めて、この作品を作っています。

This work expresses the living creatures called "humans," including myself.

I believe that humans are the most complicating creatures.

The humans twists and turns things that are good if you think about them in a simple way.

As a result, one side gets twisted, others get twisted, and it keeps getting twisted and twisted until it no longer retains its original shape.

I've never seen an animal so complicating.

Human beings should also be simple.

Human is like a animals, as living organisms we should be able to live simply, leaving only what we need. I think that is originally very simple things like circles, triangles, squares, etc.

I want to be moderately complicated. That's how I feel. However, it is difficult to living life if things are too complicated. I want to be moderate.

That's why I'm creating this work as a kind of giving spurs to myself.
